Salary: Pt 31 – 34, £28,550 – £31,096 per annum FTE. Starting salary £28,550
Location: Based in CAPS office, Old Stables, Musselburgh.
A unique opportunity has arisen to join CAPS Independent Advocacy in a key role which has responsibility for the important functions of Finance, Personnel and Administration of a growing mental health charity.
You will be joining a friendly and dynamic team providing administrative support to all CAPS staff e.g. payroll, pensions, contracts etc. You’ll have a passion for figures and detail and the ability to assume responsibility for the many administrative aspects of running an efficient charity. You’ll need a good knowledge of data protection and of IT, so you can support the staff team in their digital operations. This Finance, Personnel and Administration Manager post will manage all financial aspects of the organisation, including management accounting, invoicing, payment of all expenditure and financial record keeping.
This post will be subject to an enhanced Disclosure check. There will be a 6-month probationary period attached to this post.
