Louder Than Words

The theme for this gathering will be Louder Than Words. Workshops and conversations will focus on how we can all take action to enable change. We will have opportunities to learn about and reflect upon the actions already being taken by peer workers and their co-workers in Edinburgh; the role and history of service user activism in Edinburgh; what is happening beyond Edinburgh, and much more!

The gathering will be broken up into three sessions. If you are not able to attend all three, you are welcome to come along to the parts that you can manage. Signups for workshops will be sent out towards the end of February but so that you can plan before then, the timings for Gathering Peer Voices will be –

10am to 10.25am – Welcome and update on The Peer Community and Peer Work

10.30am to 11.15am – Workshops (details and sign up will be late February)

11.15am to 11.30am – Break

11.30am to 1pm – Small group conversations on questions related to taking action
